Fremont Hospital is a fully accredited, 148-bed private inpatient psychiatric hospital providing quality care for children through adults. The facility provides a full assortment of care which includes assessments, inpatient psychiatric hospitalization, partial-hospitalization, intensive outpatient psychiatric treatment as well as chemical dependency outpatient care.

Come join our team and love what you do! We are currently hiring a IS Support Tech for Fremont Hospital! The IS Support Tech is responsible for helping to oversee the operations and maintenance of all computer hardware, software, LAN/WAN components and telecommunications within the Fremont Hospital, Business Office, and Outpatient buildings. The IS Support Tech works under the guidance of the IT Manager. The employee will recommend solutions to the IT Manager for optimizing existing systems and research options on systems to meet changing hospital, regulatory and technological needs. The IS Support Tech will also work with hospital management and vendors, research new products, maintain inventory, and organize storage area.

Qualifications:Education: AA degree in related field or equivalent experience required. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Experience: Three (3 ) years of experience in operating/managing a complex PC-based IS system. Hospital or Healthcare organization experience preferred.
Licensure: Must have a valid driver’s license. Technical certification preferred. Certified Materials & Resource Professional credential from AHRMM preferred.
Certification(s): A , Net , MCSE strongly preferred
Computer/Software programs: Skill in the use of personal computers and related equipment, including the use of conventional word processing and spreadsheet applications
