- Prepare all aspects of petitions from start to finish, including H-1B, L-1, O-1, E-2, and PERM categories.
- Handle RFE responses and have experience with EB-1A and EB-1B petitions.
- Utilize superior writing skills to draft legal documents and correspondence.

- Communicate effectively with clients and utilize immigration software platforms.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a senior-level business immigration paralegal.
- Should have prepared thousands of H-1B, L-1, and PERM applications

- Strong time management and organizational skills, ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated experience in preparing various immigration petitions and responses.
- References required.
