TDG Facilities is looking for Part-Time Flexible and Substitute Facilities Cleaning Technicians to support our customer's facilities all over the Greater Cincinnati area. We have multiple opportunities for part-time flexed in temporary cleaning roles at several of our greater Cincinnati locations. Candidate should be open to flexible work locations, as well as temporary flexible first and second shift schedules (please indicate your preference on your application). This role attention to detail and commitment to excellence. Position locations include Mason, Montgomery, Colerain, Indian Hill, Newtown, Hyde Park, and other locations in the Greater Cincinnati area.

Pay Rate: $15-$17.50 per/hr. 

Schedule: Monday – Friday, and some Saturday and Sundays, 1st and 2nd shift primarily. Full-time, part-time, and flex-time schedules available.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas
• Empty waste receptacles in accordance with organizational policies
• Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies
• Follow safety guidelines and report maintenance needs
• Follow established protocols and procedures
• Assist with special cleaning projects as needed

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Commercial janitorial experience a plus!
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
• Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects and perform physical tasks as needed
• Must be able to pass background checks, drug screening
