We are looking for a skilled Maintenance worker to perform tasks such as repairs and refurb work. Being reliable with a keen eye for detail is the first step to getting this job. The ideal candidate will have experience and solid technical knowledge. You must possess manual dexterity and physical stamina.

Responsibilities

• Lawn Care and Maintenance
• Perform fixes such as repairing broken locks, filling gaps on walls etc.
• Install appliances and maintain equipment
• Other jobs include but not limited to roof repair/leaks and floor repair
• Conduct maintenance work orders as they come in
• Refurb Homes
• Collaborate with workers and other professionals during renovations
• Report to a facilities or manager for issues
• HVAC repair

Skills

• Experience using hand and electrical tools
• Ability to operate lawn mowers and weed eaters
• Very good communication and interpersonal skills
• Physical stamina and dexterity
• Need to have general knowledge of electrical and plumbing work

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
