We are seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join our team. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our office and ensuring its smooth functioning. Duties:

- Phone etiquette: Handle incoming and outgoing calls with professionalism and accuracy.
- Administrative tasks: Perform general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and record keeping.
- Office management: Ensure the office is well-maintained, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies.
- Medical office management (if applicable): Oversee medical records, appointment scheduling, and insurance verification.
- Vendor management: Liaise with vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Other duties as assigned.
Experience:
- Proven experience in office administration or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Familiarity with office equipment such as printers, copiers, and fax machines.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed.
