The Aging Program Coordinator will be responsible for the coordination of Homecare, Title IIID programs and services within the Area Agency on Aging and Independent Living. Additional assistance in programs include Title III- Senior Centers, Nutrition Services, Health Promotion.
In general, the program coordinator participates as a team member in the development and
implementation of a coordinated system of services for the aging, caregiver and disabled population.

CULTURE
1. Ability to maintain flexibility and to quickly adjust to change.
2. Travel throughout the Bluegrass Area is required, as well as participation at regional, state and national conferences.
3. A valid driver’s license and access to a reliable, insured motor vehicle is required.
4. Duties require extended periods of sitting, standing, talking, listening, and computer usage.
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in the field of health/human services or business management from an accredited college or university. Qualifying experience will be taken into consideration in lieu of education credentials.
