Andrew Residence is a residential mental health treatment and nursing facility. Our multi-disciplinary teams serve adults experiencing mental illness and co-occurring disorders. We offer evidence based, collaborative and trauma-informed treatment services that align with an individual’s personal goals and needs. In addition to our mental health programming, we provide a broad range of physical health care services by our 24 hour nursing team. Andrew is for those who do not need psychiatric hospitalization and are working to achieve success living independently. Andrew Residence is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.

- Full-time (1.0 FTE) Day shift (7:00 AM - 3:30 PM) *1 weekend/month
- Competitive starting salary based on previous nursing experience
- Scheduled increase after 90-days of successful service

- Direct resident care, assessment and documentation
- Administer resident medication
- Respond to medical and psychiatric emergencies
- Complete transcription of provider orders
- Coordinate with long-term care pharmacy to ensure timely prescription refills
- Assist with scheduling and transportation coordination for resident medical appointments
- Charge Nurse duties as needed upon completion of Charge Nurse training
- Current Nursing license in good standing
- BLS Certification
- Proficiency with computer software (MS Word, Excel, Outlook, EHR)
- Ability to contribute to interdisciplinary team framework
- Effective communication skills
- Experience working with resident populations
- Mental health nursing experience
- Knowledge of mental illness and needs of the population
- Familiarity with psychotropic medications and side effects
