Essential Tasks:

• Process emergency signals quickly, professionally and accurately in high stress situations.

• Data entry of new subscribers and updates and changes to existing subscribers.

• Process inbound Answering Service calls on behalf of Customers.

• Process inbound calls for Customers or Subscribers regarding emergency signal testing and signal or alarm history.

• Low level technical support to assist subscribers with silencing alarms, trouble history and common system issues.

• Process inbound calls from Authority agencies.

**Paid training for approximately two weeks before transition to regular shift.**
