Caring LLC provides services to individuals with disabilities and persons aged 65 and older. Caring LLC is looking to hire a IHS,ICS,DSP Worker to work with our clients in Ramsey County.

The primary responsibility of the IHS,ICS,DSP Worker is to provide care to our clients. Job duties include but are not limited to: ensuring the safety and well-being of the client, medication reminders, increasing independent living skills of person served, Community orientation skills, documentation of daily activities, communication regarding concerns of the clients and community, transporting clients within the community.

QUALIFICATIONS

1. Qualified applicants must be 18 years of age or older.

2. Have a valid Driver's License, proof of insurance, and reliable transportation.

3. A clear DHS background check.

4. A High School Diploma or higher.

5. For job duties that involve Individualized Home Supports, four years of experience maybe be substituted for a college degree.

*****We provide mileage reimbursement for transportation of person served and additional monthly stipend for 20 hours of work/week****

Job Shifts:

We have a few positions available with varying shifts available for all 7 days a week: 9am-5pm, 7am-3pm and 3pm-11pm, weekdays and weekends. Plus, an additional position with a varying schedule. Please apply and inquire about availability and scheduling.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
