Position's Purpose:

To provide administrative support to the teams by processing medical documentation, verifying insurance policies, and obtaining prior authorizations needed to set up and maintain clients of 180 Medical.

Job Duties:

* Review and approve required documentation to meet Medicare standards.

* Verify Insurance Coverage of all prospects and obtain prior authorization when required.

* Make entries as appropriate in an internal database.

* Support Team Leader on miscellaneous projects.

* Scanning, faxing, and uploading all types of documentation.

* Cross flow pertinent information with assigned team members.

Qualifications and Requirements:

* High School diploma required

* Possess medical administrative skills

* Good communication skills with professionals in clinics and hospitals

* Ability to reason, problem solve, and think outside the box

* Effectively multi-task, adapt to changing priorities;

* Proficient in Microsoft Office programs

* Strong attention to detail, and organizational skills required.

* Flexible and adaptable to changes in environment and industry

* Reliable/dependable team player; work well with others
