HotFoot Recruiters is hiring a Bilingual Accounting Clerk  in the Phoenix, AZ area.
Position: Bilingual Accounting Clerk (Mandarin) 
Type: Full-Time, Temp to hire
Shifts Available:  1st shift 8am-5pm (Monday-Friday)
Pay: $20-$25.00/hr.
Location: Phoenix, AZ 85008
Responsibilities:

1. Update financial spreadsheets with daily transactions.
2. Update balance sheets and monthly financial reports.
3. Track and reconcile bank statements.
4. Support monthly payroll and keep organized records.
5. Record accounts payable and accounts receivable.
6. Process invoices and follow up with clients, suppliers, and partners as needed.
7. Provide administrative support during budget preparation.
8. Participate in quarterly and annual audits.

Requirement:

1. 1 years of accounting experience
2. Good knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping procedures
3. Advanced MS Excel skills (creating spreadsheets and using financial functions)
4. Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., AS400, QuickBooks)
5. Organizational and time-management skills
6. Attention to detail, with an ability to spot numerical errors.
7. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics
8. Excellent communication skills in English, and must be fluent in Mandarin.
9. Must be able to pass a drug and background check.
