The Controller maintains general ledger, reconciles all bank accounts; prepares all tax reports; identifies, records, and summarizes financial data relevant to business transactions, events, and decisions; reports and interpret data necessary for sound judgments and decisions by managers; assists CFO with preparations of monthly financial statements;performs other projects as assigned by CFO/CEO.
