Supervisory ResponsibilitiesThe Site Coordinator manages and directs program staff.
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work- Flexible hours, typically between 7:00am – 7:00pm
- Travel to various locations as needed
- Salary staff: 40-43 hours/week; overtime possible
- Hourly staff: up to 40 hours/week; overtime with preapproval
- Guide, manage performance, and support staff retention.
- Ensure proper staffing levels and coordinate training for new staff.
- Review and approve documentation for compliance.
- Assign and monitor caseloads with the Site Director.
- Communicate client priorities and troubleshoot staff issues with the Site Director.
- Foster a positive work environment to retain a diverse workforce.
- Identify and support staff development opportunities.
- Manage team meetings and deliver services per position standards.
- Manage program budgets and grants.
- Uphold Fernbrook’s mission and ensure policy compliance.
- Perform other assigned duties.

- Meets the minimum qualifications for a Mental Health Practitioner or Case Manager.
- Experience in mental health services for children and adults
- Bilingual
- Bachelors or Master’s degree in a mental health discipline
- Experience in supervision or leadership
- Prolonged sitting, listening, observing, or computer work
- Physical stamina for working with children and adults with varying needs
- Occasionally lift up to 15 pounds
