is comprised of 3 positions - HOST , RUNNER , and BARTENDER.

HOST - open shift, greet guests, assist in ordering, operate Toast POS for dine-in, take-out, online and call-in orders.

RUNNER - open shift, run food from window to table, assist guests during dining experience, bus tables, prep dining supplies, operate Toast, run drinks, close shift, flex with other positions

BARTENDER - open shift, take orders at bar, make drinks, operate Toast POS, create drinks, engage with community, close shift, shift lead, flex with other positions

We are looking for a qualified bartender who can provide our customers with an outstanding guest experience. The bartender must be able to meet all the needs of our customers, compelling them to come back again.

Making beverage recommendations based on the needs and preferences of bar customers is a crucial factor for improving guest drinking experience and our bar's profitability.

Communicating with guests in a professional and friendly manner is a must for excellent customer experience.

A good job candidate must be able to perfectly prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, which includes mixing ingredients to prepare classic and innovative cocktails.

They also need to keep the bar clean and well-organized, as well as ensure it is always fully stocked.

Responsibilities of a Bartender :

Bartender Job Requirements :

• Experience as a bartender
• Knowledge of preparing and mixing beverages
• A bartending certificate is a plus
• Basic computer and math skills
• Professional and positive disposition
• Ability to keep the bar clean, stocked and well-organized
• Flexibility and willingness to work in shifts
