Job Summary

I. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other minor duties may be assigned.

• Fields incoming calls and e-mails from customer service and sales department
• Respond effectively and courteously to customer service inquiries, requests or complaints.
• Return all customer calls in a timely manner
• Notify the appropriate personnel to handle the customer's problems and concerns
• Research and resolve issues in a timely manner
• Enter service and route data into computer for billing and route scheduling purposes
• Assist Human Resources with hiring paperwork for assigned location

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

• Excellent customer services skills
• Basic customer skills required for inputting and retrieving data
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks
• Ability to work effectively with others in a team environment

Computer skills with ability to handle multiple programs and systems. Must be able to communicate effectively and professionally via e-mail and telephone. Must have the desire and ability to learn company software applications
