Key Responsibilities:

· Supervision

· Training

· Resident Relations

· Inspections

· Budget Management

· Vendor Coordination

· Travel to multiple locations

· After-hours emergency response/coordination

Qualifications:

· 3-5 years of apartment maintenance experience that includes a strong knowledge of construction, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical

· 3-5 years of supervisory experience

· Must possess or be able to obtain a CPO license (at company expense)

· Excellent verbal and written communication, problem-solving, and computer skills required

· Must possess a valid Iowa driver’s license and vehicle insurance

· Must pass a background check and drug screening

Competitive pay range starting at $68,000-$72,000, based on skill level.
