Senior Manager Human Resources
We are seeking a Sr. Manager of Human Resources to join our team and lead the on-site HR function for a smaller health-care related facility located in the general Farmingdale area of Long Island. Excellent professional opportunity exists for this HR leadership role.
This position is a hands-on HR leadership role that will have an HR Assistant providing HR support for an employee population of approximately 85 on-site employees. The selected candidate will deliver HR results in the areas of Employee Relations, Recruitment & Employment, Compensation & Benefits, Payroll/ HRIS. Additionally, you'll work collaboratively with the key leaders to ensure an effective HR function and the deliver of exceptional HR Service to the organization.
Working as a business partner, this role provides counsel and advice in resolving employee issues, establishes proactive strategies to drive HR initiatives and overall people results.
