Hours will vary and is dependent upon agency needs
Salary range $20.50-$23.00/hour (non-exempt)
Salary based on skills and experience
Up to 6% annual bonus potential.

A TYPICAL DAY FOR YOU AT HH:
Set up work/programming areas in the most effective manner to maximize training potential.
Inspect all work to ensure all standards are being met.
Track daily the goals/product of each individual and distribute paychecks.
Maintain programming/production output in compliance with guidelines established by the supervisor.
Assist with ADL's, feeding, and toileting as per individualized need.
Implement activities and recreation per the programming schedule.
Transport by agency vehicle as assigned.
Implement and document individual training objectives.
Always maintain client confidentiality
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications LAND THIS OPPORTUNITY BY HAVING:
High school diploma or its equivalent.
Must possess a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record and personal vehicle insurance.
Must apply for PACE certification if driving a PACE vehicle is required.
Must be able to work at any of Helping Hand's facilities as assigned.
Ability to self-transport.
This position requires employees to work with persons who may become physically aggressive.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:
The person in this position needs to occasionally move about to assist clients/students, access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
The ability to observe details at a close range (within a few feet of the observer).
Consistently position self to maintain files in file cabinets or assist clients/students.
The ability to communicate information and ideas so others will understand. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
