WHAT WE MANUFACTURE:
JRUSA manufactures fiber out of cellulose, or wood pulp. Our broad customer base uses this cellulose as a filler, or filter to ensure purity and consistency in their products. We also manufacture fiber out of a wide range of textiles like cotton and denim that’s used in everything from rubber automotive parts to anti-friction components and plastics moldings.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
Our maintenance technician positions include tasks such as preventative maintenance and repair of milling equipment, installation of new equipment, building and grounds maintenance, electrical equipment maintenance and maintaining a stocked and organized maintenance facility. The maintenance technician is expected to have the ability to independently diagnose and repair manufacturing equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

- Comply with all safety rules
- Perform required testing and record keeping
- Maintain production process
- Monitor raw material quality and blending
- Maintain Storage of finished goods
- Support packaging and shipping area
Duties
- Sweep up scrap paper in Pre-Grind area and push piles onto conveyor
- Drive forklifts to unload raw material and load outbound shipments of finished goods
- Ensure outbound loads are correct materials and Lots
- Prepare raw material for consumption; Inspect and stage paper bales, cut and remove banding/packaging by hand
- Recycle material; lift, open and load 40-50 lbs bags or shovel pellets onto conveyor
- Maintain a constant flow of raw material to the Impact Grinder and Bale Conveyor for production
- Packaging of finished product; lifting and stacking of 40-50 lb bags
- Palletizing of finished material
- Warehouse finished pallets, ensuring correct labeling and packaging material is used
- Assist Shift Lead in direction work flow on production floor
Minimum Job Requirements, Skills and Qualification
- High School diploma
- Close attention to detail
- Good verbal and written communications

- 8 hour shifts M-F, OT as needed.
