Part-Time Receptionist: approx. 15 hours per week includes weekends and holidays

Responsibilities include:

• Providing excellent customer service by welcoming visitors
• Answering all phone calls and transfers to correct department.
• Maintaining office security,
• Performing accurate data entry,
• Maintaining a neat workspace,
• Adapting to changing needs,
• Assisting with projects,
• Processing work orders.
• Maintaining integrity, adhere to corporate compliance, and HIPAA policy.

Position Qualifications

• Education: High School diploma or equivalent
• Experience: Minimum of three years or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
• Software Proficiency: MS Word, Outlook, and Excel required.
• Language Proficiency: Must be proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Skills: Ability to work independently, deal with emergencies in a timely and effective manner, multitask, manage stress, excellent organizational skills, maintain confidentiality, strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills, energetic with a creative problem-solving approach, maintain accuracy and integrity of output, excellent customer service skills, ability to communicate effectively to diverse audiences.
