  • RM Procurement: organize, weigh and verify RM availability for scale up trials
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of pilot batch production processes, including batch records, test results, and deviations.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Assist in the maintenance, cleaning and calibration of pilot-scale equipment to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
  • Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment during pilot batch production activities.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar role within the cosmetic or pharmaceutical industry.
  • Strong understanding of pilot batch production processes and manufacturing principles.
  • Proficiency in following detailed instructions and protocols with precision.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues as they arise.
  • Effective communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information clearly and concisely.
  • Familiarity with GMP regulations and quality control procedures.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Reporting Structure:
  • The Batch Pilot Technician will report directly to the R&D Manager or designated senior member of the R&D team.
