Promising Futures, Inc. is a social service agency in the area of child welfare. Our goal is to break the cycle and silence of violence. We partner with various agencies to accomplish the goal of keeping families safe. We are looking for individuals who have a passion to help those in need.

Promising Futures, Inc is looking for a Client Intake Specialist to ensure we are providing our clients with quality services by remaining compliant.

Job duties include but not limited to the following:

• Assist in reviewing and proofreading monthly reports, progress notes, timesheets, intakes and assessment documentation and etc.
• Assist in communicating with clients and referring sources to obtain vital information
• Communicate with workers that are not in compliance with required paperwork
• Assist in Internal and External Audits
• Review all client paperwork and attachments and ensure they are received error free
• Attend required meetings and trainings
• Perform general office duties (ie. filing, copying, answering phones)
• Some travel will be needed for trainings, meetings, satellite offices, provider fairs, conferences, etc.
• Assist with Office Housekeeping
• Adhere to HIPPA
• Will participate in the Quality Assurance Team
• Other duties as requested by the Director(s)

General Requirements:

• Must have at least a High School Diploma/GED/Preferred at least 60 college credits
• Must be at least 21 years old
• Must have a vaild Drivers License
• Must have full coverage insurance ($100,000/$300,000)
• Must be a people person, patient and a quick learner
• Must be able to pass all backgrounds and drugs tests
• Must be proficient with MS Word, MS Excel, MS Powerpoint, MS Teams, Zoom Platform, and general office equipment
• Must be able to work at least one weekend a month
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must be professional
• Must be able to work in a fast paced environment
• Must be able to treat everyone with compassion
• Must be able to type 40 w.p.m.
• Must be dependable

Pay: $14.50 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 1 – 25 per week
