OThe Floor Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and verifying information on the production floor to ensure customer satisfaction and to follow procedures and embrace new technologies

Qualifications:

Required:

· Ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels of the organization

· Basic mathematical functions such as counting, adding, subtracting, multiplying and dividing

· Ability to read English

· Self-motivated team player with a positive attitude

Organizational skills and maintain good attendance

Responsibilities:

· Treat all internal and external contacts with uncompromising respect and integrity under all circumstances.

· Prepare paperwork, per the Work Order, for each job including count sheets, work instructions, visual guides, labels, skid sheets, etc.

· Perform routine rounds on the production floor to verify proper packaging of cartons, box number, skid number and ensure that IQMS is kept accurate with the counts for each order.

· Update IQMS with standard costs and make adjustments, as needed.

· Utilize dual electronic scales to weigh products.

· May assist with making cartons, giving breaks and training.

· Follow company safety procedures to ensure your safety as well as the safety of others.

· Attend team meetings to promote team building.

· General housekeeping to keep the work area and plant clean.

· Perform other duties as assigned.
