Real Estate Management Specialists is Hiring an Apartment Manager Near Cut Bank, MT
Our apartment community is looking for a responsible, dedicated and experienced manager to oversee our property. The ideal candidate will be able to work well in a fast-paced environment, have previous experience with Section 8 housing programs, and enjoy communicating with tenants and resolving their issues. The successful candidate for this position is self motivated, enjoys working with people, is detail orientated, has the ability to multi-task effectively and is able to solve problems independently.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee operations of apartment building.
- Rent collection.
- Enforces the lease and rules and regulations.
- Inspect and repair apartments. Working with Maintenance employee and vendors.
- Oversee the grounds maintenance.
- Interact with residents professionally.
- Complys with program requirements and timelines.
- Maintains occupancy.
- Be available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20,000.00 per year
