Pro Signs is Hiring an Account Executive Near Downingtown, PA
As one of the largest full-service sign companies in the Mid-Atlantic, Pro Signs specializes in regional and national account work as well as local architectural signage projects. Supported by a dedicated team of Project Managers and backed by our hard-working fabricators and installers, the Account Executive will pursue appropriate regional and national programs within specified vertical markets.
Preferred candidates will have 5 years of commercial signage sales experience and/or experience selling to regional or national accounts.
Additionally:
- Proficiency in contract negotiation, adeptness in addressing objections, and a track record of diligent prospect follow-up
- Experience acquiring accounts/customers with annual expenditures exceeding $250,000.
- Proven competence in CRM management and upkeep
- Strong communication skills
- Track record of achieving/exceeding goals
- Self-starter with strong motivation to reach KPI and financial goals
- Solid computer skills including MS Office
- Ability to pick up new computer systems and software programs quickly
- Excellent interpersonal skills and teamwork ability
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience
Local candidates will report to our 80,000 sq. ft. facility in Downingtown, PA, with travel as necessary to meet with customers, attend tradeshows, and other necessary activities. Once established, there will be opportunities to work hybrid. Longer distance candidates with adequate signage program sales experience will be considered for remote/hybrid work after initial training.
Pro Signs offers health insurance, PTO, paid holidays, 401k (with match), and a professional but family-oriented atmosphere. This is a base salary plus commission role.
