Thrilled to be working with one of my top clients on this fantastic opportunity for a Sales Manager in Iowa within the Agriculture industry. This role is crucial for marketing and selling all co-products for the company, requiring a deep understanding of market dynamics and exceptional relationship-building skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and nurture relationships with customers through calls and visits
- Market and sell co-products for facilities in company locations
- Manage accounts to drive co-product revenue growth
- Act as a backup to the Director of Co-Product Sales
- Utilize strong negotiation skills and travel to engage with customers
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture or related field preferred
- 5 years of grain/coproduct sales or trading experience in the Ag Industry
- Proficiency in Excel and understanding of futures/options trading
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
