ESL Power Systems is Hiring a Production Lead - 2nd Shift (2PM - 10:30PM) Near Corona, CA
SUMMARY
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ability to read, train and red-line drawings, work tickets, BOM's and wiring schematics.
- Ability to use and train small hand tools, measuring tools, wiring prepping tools and machines in shop.
- Oversee, train and layout the processes for the building and assembly of enclosures, sub-assemblies and modules.
- Develop training schedule for the team and assembly lines.
- Review work tickets, drawings and BOM's to ensure accuracy.
- Ability to identify problems and evaluate solutions through corrective actions and lean processes.
- Regularly seeks input from appropriate management; peers if necessary and makes sound decisions.
- Ability to train and lead Assemblers on the proper procedures.
- Ability to multitask multiple orders through completion.
- Work with the team to increase productivity, quality and flow.
- Practice lean manufacturing methods.
- Abide by all rules and regulations as set forth in your employee handbook.
- Sustains 5S in workstations.
- Practices ESL’s core values on a daily basis.
- Perform other duties/tasks as assigned.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
- Stand/walk, lift/pull/push for the majority of the scheduled shift.
