Our Director of Operations position offers a typical schedule of 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, with the occasional evening, overnight, or weekend requirement. We also provide competitive pay ranging from $15 to $18 per hour .

As the Warehouse/Fleet Team Member, you coordinate with our project managers, foremen, and technicians to ensure all needed supplies and parts are available. When trucks arrive with new products, you're ready to jump in, using your fork truck certification to load and unload shipments efficiently. Throughout the day, you organize products and equipment in the warehouse, always maintaining a clean and safe work environment. Your role involves more than just physical tasks; you're also responsible for coordinating fleet vehicle maintenance and service, ensuring everything runs smoothly. You embrace learning new skills and technologies, taking and passing certifications as required. With a client-friendly attitude, you work closely with clients, ensuring their needs are met promptly. Your day might also include delivering parts and supplies to job sites, sometimes using a company vehicle, and occasionally your own. Every task, whether working with your team or independently, is done with professionalism and a commitment to excellence.

• 3 years of experience in warehouse operations and fleet management
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid U.S. driver's license
• Must be able to write and communicate in English
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to use basic math skills and reasoning
• Ability to lift 75 pounds
• Ability to operate technology relevant to the role (Smartphone, mobile apps, computer, and handheld scanning devices)
• Ability to correspond and maintain communication via email, text message, and instant message
