Rogue Community Health is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) and a tier 3 Patient Centered Medical Home, serving the underserved and uninsured in Jackson County, Oregon. We provide primary health care, behavioral health, and dental screenings.

Rogue Community Health is looking for a Certified Medical Assistant with a phlebotomy certificate to join our team at our new Eagle Point Health Center!
Our ideal candidate will be committed to our mission and values of respect, integrity, compassion, honesty, and community. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth flow of patients through scheduled clinics, providing excellent customer service, and delivering high-quality clinical support. This position will primarily focus on performing lab duties, including phlebotomy, with additional medical assistant responsibilities as needed. One must comply with organizational policies, procedures, standards of care, and related laws and regulations including HIPAA, and OSHA regulations.

Benefits Include:
EDUCATION: High School Diploma or GED equivalent. Completion of Certified Medical Assistant training program preferred.
EXPERIENCE: Minimum one-year Medical Assistant experience and phlebotomy experience required, preferably in a clinic setting. Experience with electronic health records highly desirable.
A criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen are required once a conditional offer is accepted.
Oregon is an employment-at-will state and Rogue Community Health (RCH) has a 90-day probationary period for all newly hired team members.
