Friar Tux is currently interviewing candidates for an assistant manager in training position in our South Coast Plaza location.
The assistant manager is responsible for working with the store manager to meet sales goals, maintain store display appearance, train employees, assist customers, and market/network with local groups and schools.
We expect our management team to run their store to top potential and pay commission and bonuses based on performance. Candidates must have great people skills, enjoy working in a team and be able to handle any customer service situation.
Skills/ Requirements:
- Availability to work 30 - 40 hours per week
- 1 year or more in a supervisory position
- 1 to 2 years of sales/customer service experience
- Strong sales background
- Proven leadership ability to set goals, give direction and manage a team
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
