Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Compliance Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will ensure that our clients adhere to all relevant regulatory requirements, particularly in the areas of DOT compliance.

While DOT experience is preferred, it is not mandatory. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong administrative skills and a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and ensure client compliance with DOT regulations and other relevant safety and health standards.
• Manage and maintain accurate compliance records and documentation.
• Coordinate and conduct random drug and alcohol testing in accordance with DOT standards.
• Stay updated on regulatory changes and communicate these to clients.
• Provide training and support to clients on compliance requirements.
• Conduct audits and inspections to ensure adherence to regulations.
• Handle substance abuse documentation and manage return-to-duty processes.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure comprehensive compliance service delivery.
• Assist in the preparation and submission of compliance reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Health Sciences, or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with compliance management software.
