Summary : We're seeking a Supervisor, Performance Strategy to join our Media team! We are looking for someone who has planned, executed, optimized, and reported on advanced paid media campaigns in a cross-channel capacity. This person will be responsible for the strategy and performance of paid media campaigns for clients at SCC. Additionally, you'll collaborate closely with our Account Directors to strengthen and grow our client partnerships with priority clients and contribute to new business.
Responsibilities:

• Develop multi-channel paid media plans in partnership with channel leads. This person is responsible for holistic cross-channel media strategy to ensure an integrated approach across paid social, programmatic, paid search, etc.
• Conduct media partner outreach, create RFPs, and manage vendor relationships to ensure the best outcomes for our clients
• Targeting and audience segmentation approach based on the quality and scale of addressable audiences
• Oversee billing processes and campaign execution by channel experts to ensure seamless delivery
• Provide guidance on measurement infrastructure, including conversion tracking, in partnership with our analytics and marketing technology team
• Oversee budget pacing according to client brief, objectives, and flighting recommendations
• Manage performance monitoring and reporting based on client goals, optimization objective, and secondary diagnostic metrics
• Conduct annual optimization based on statistically significant data
• Manage client relationships alongside Account Directors, ensuring client satisfaction and retention
• Promote a digital-first and data-driven mindset throughout the agency

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field and 2-5 years of experience working in paid media with a heavy emphasis on digital channels - paid social, programmatic, paid search experience are a must
• Exposure to traditional media channels such as Trade, Television, Radio, Print, and OOH is a plus!
• A deep understanding of performance marketing and multi-channel media planning
• Paid media experience at an advertising agency, media publisher, media vendor, or ad tech provider
• Strong familiarity with the digital environment and evolving trends, tools, and technology
• Expert understanding of the media planning and buying process including general advertising and direct marketing performance metrics, and a firm grasp of media research tools and how and when to use them most effectively
• Fluency with Excel (including pivot tables and vlookups)
• Experience with other data analysis or visualization tools such as Google Data Studio, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, etc. is a plus
• Passionate about media and team player
