Job Description:
Our client is looking for an EHR Medhost focused Program Manager to join their PMO Corporate Technology team. This team has (2) important regulatory programs that have to be implemented before EOY 2024, so they’re looking to add another team member to help see this through. They need someone who can work independently and hit the ground running. This is a great time to make an immediate impact and they already have additional regulatory programs pipelined for 2025, so this is very likely to extend!!
- 10 years of Program/ Project Management experience, leading enterprise-wide healthcare regulatory and compliance projects all the way from inception, to implementation, to support phase.
- 5 years focused on Medhost EHR (Electronic Health Record) regulatory program management.
- Proven experience working on multiple interdependent programs/ projects at once.
- Well versed in PMP process and PMO standards to track your own milestones, budget, risk assessment, etc. (they do not have another team tracking for them)
- PMP Certification at some point in career (does not have to be renewed).
Nice to have:
- Manage multiple interdependent EHR/ Clinical programs at once, seeing them all the way through from inception, to implementation, to support.
- Partner closely with sponsors, stakeholders, and project teams to collect and document business requirements, define scope statement, establish WBS deliverables, milestones, activities and project schedule.
- Manage and track cost analysis, estimated spend, budget estimates, and milestones throughout the program lifecycle.
- Conduct risk assessments, calculate contingency reserves for response, and report identified risks to stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, local, industry, contractual, and company regulations, standards, specifications, and best practices.
