Specifically, our full product line includes clamp-on meters, transformer ratiometers, power quality meters, harmonic power meters, data loggers, megohmmeter, ground testers, oscilloscopes, cable testers and numerous other electrical test instruments.

Primary Purpose: Our headquarters in Dover, NH seeks an individual whose primary purpose is to ensure delivery of excellent customer service through fast and accurate processing of orders, communication, and coordinating with other departments to resolve inquires.

Essential Functions: Customer Service Representative/Lab Support:

• Answer customer phone calls to provide information about products and services.
• Issue repair authorization for defective material.
• Process repairs in computer system, expedite and release to shipping.
• Have knowledge of product line, prices, delivery time, drop ship items, various marketing promotional services, and similar data, as required.
• Maintains liaison with other departments for order completion
• Contacts customers to ascertain data omitted on orders.
• Assist customers service with sales issues
• Work closely with Director of Operations and Lab staff.
• Keeps all customer accounts up to date.
• Process credit card for parts orders.
• Support Domestic and International Customer Service.
• Print various reports.
• Transfer customer calls to appropriate staff.
• Participate in establishing processes and practices.
• Other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience Requirement:

A High School Diploma with minimum of one year of direct experience

• Knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel and e-mail)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Pleasant telephone voice/manner
• Ability to operate simple office equipment (telephone, fax machine etc.)
• Ability to compose correspondence
