Summary:Play a key role in driving sales growth by promoting and selling a range of premium window products and installation services. Responsible for generating leads, cultivating relationships with customers, conducting consultations, and closing sales deals.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Proactively identify and pursue sales opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, networking, referrals, and leads provided by the company.
  • Conduct in-home consultations with prospective customers to understand their window replacement needs and preferences.
  • Educate customers about the features, benefits, and advantages of our window products and installation services.
  • Provide accurate and transparent price quotations based on customer requirements and budget considerations.
  • Collaborate with the installation team to ensure seamless execution of projects and customer satisfaction.
  • Follow up with customers to address any questions or concerns, negotiate terms, and close sales deals in a timely manner.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of industry trends, competitor products, and pricing strategies to effectively position our offerings in the market.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets while adhering to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.   • Previous experience in sales, preferably in the home improvement or construction industry.
  • Proven track record of success in meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a customer-centric approach to selling.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads and track sales activities.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for conducting in-home consultations.
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed to accommodate customer schedules.
