We are a locally owned group of assisted living facilities and are looking for motivated, compassionate, and caring individuals to provide quality care and support for our wonderful residents! We currently have openings in all 4 of our facilities [Mallon Place, Bethany Place, Upriver Place & Liberty Place]. Job Duties Include:

-Cleaning bathrooms and common areas.

-Following proper chemical and safety procedures. Washing, folding and putting away resident laundry.

-Assisting with daily smoke pass

- Perform a variety of cleaning tasks, such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming
- Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies
- Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly
- Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces
- Maintain cleanliness in common areas, including hallways, lobbies, and elevators
- Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
- Operate cleaning equipment, such as carpet cleaners and floor buffers
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor
- Assist with laundry duties as needed

Job Requirements:

- Must be 18 years or older and have completed high school or equivalent

- Have or willingness to obtain a Food Handlers Permit within 14 days of hire and a CPR/First Aid certification within 30 days of hire

- Must have a clear background when working in an environment with vulnerable adults under the DSHS regulations

-Previous experience in commercial cleaning, custodial work, or hotel housekeeping preferred
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning chemicals
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects if required
- Excellent time management skills to complete tasks within designated timeframes
- Good communication skills to interact with team members and supervisors

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Spokane, WA 99206: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Cleaning: 1 year (Preferred but not required)

• NOC- Overnights

MALLON PLACE AVAILABILITY:

-DAY SHIFT: SATURDAY THROUGH WEDNESDAY 7AM TO 3:30PM

-EVENING SHIFT: FRIDAY THROUGH TUESDAY #PM TO 11:30PM
