RIPA & Associates seeks a meticulous and organized Yard Material Inventory Coordinator to manage yard inventory, facilitate material movements, and ensure accurate record-keeping. This role involves tracking inventory levels, organizing materials, coordinating deliveries, and supporting the Purchasing Team.

Responsibilities:

• Inventory and organize fleet yard materials.
• Maintain inventory tracking log using Microsoft Excel.
• Communicate effectively via phone and email.
• Assist with loading/unloading trucks in the fleet yard.
• Coordinate deliveries to and from jobsites.
• Collaborate with Ripa delivery drivers.
• Support coworkers with daily tasks.
• Maintain positive relationships with stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with Florida Motor Vehicle Laws and company policies.
• Coordinate delivery schedules and plan routes.
• Facilitate material transfers.

Qualifications:

• Strong time management skills
• Attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, Outlook
• Self-motivated with excellent communication skills
• Flexibility to work non-traditional schedules, including weekends.
• Prior construction experience in underground utilities preferred.
