Job Description
- Work closely with the Director of IT to integrate and manage various SaaS providers.
- Provide technical support for software applications used by the company, including resolving issues and assisting team members with software functionality.
- Troubleshoot and resolve wireless connectivity issues for all devices on the network, including laptops, tablets, and mobile devices.
- Analyze current wireless network infrastructure and make recommendations for improvements.
- Work with vendors to implement and configure new wireless equipment and software.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation related to software applications and wireless networks.
- Assist with other IT-related projects as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in IT support or a similar role, preferably with a focus on software integration and help desk support.
- Strong knowledge of various software applications and SaaS providers, with the ability to effectively troubleshoot and resolve issues.
- Proficient in wireless network administration, including troubleshooting connectivity issues and optimizing network performance.
- Familiarity with IT project management methodologies and best practices.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical individuals.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
