General Description:

The Treasury Services Operations Assistant will play a crucial role in managing various financial services, including lockbox, remote deposit, positive pay, and ACH processing. The responsibilities will involve efficiently processing transactions, resolving issues, and ensuring compliance with banking regulations. Additionally, the Treasury Services Operations Assistant will assist in implementing new services and provide support to customers and internal stakeholders.

Candidate Profile:

We’re looking for individuals with an interest in banking and a desire to grow in the industry. While qualified candidates will need a minimum of two years of experience in banking or financial services, we welcome candidates with a background as a teller or a similar role who are ready to take the next step in their career. While previous experience in processing lockbox, remote deposit, positive pay, and ACH transactions is advantageous, comprehensive training will be provided for the right candidate. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential to ensure compliance with banking regulations.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of two years of experience in banking or financial services
• Familiarity with processing lockbox, remote deposit, positive pay, and ACH transactions is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, with a willingness to learn new software
• Valid driver’s license and access to a registered vehicle with appropriate insurance coverage
