Lincoln Trail Area Development District (LTADD), a multi-jurisdictional, planning and development agency, is seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to serve as Planning Team Leader. Position provides direct assistance to the deputy director in administration and section operations. Specific areas of work include oversight of land use planning, community planning, transportation planning, and geographic information systems (GIS).

Required: Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university in Urban & Regional Planning, GIS, or related field and, at least three (3) years related experience. Preferred: Master’s Degree from an accredited university in Urban & Regional Planning, GIS, or related field and one (1) year of related experience.

Applicant must have working knowledge of ESRI GIS software platforms, in particular ArcGIS Pro, project administration skills, be able to handle multiple projects, and work effectively with staff, public officials and general public; and, provide technical assistance in the areas of data collection, report formulation and analysis. Candidate must have administrative and supervisory abilities and demonstrate diplomacy and sound judgement. This position must function both in an administrative and programmatic capacity to ensure that all departmental work tasks are completed in conformation with all related program guidelines and regulations.

Pay: $52,977.00 - $59,031.00 per year
