We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and resolving inquiries or issues. Experience:
- Previous customer service experience is required
- Previous veterinary experience is preferred, but not required

- Strong data entry skills with high accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Knowledge of phone etiquette and professional communication skills
- Basic sales skills or willingness to learn sales techniques
