Palm Vascular Centers, an Outpatient Vascular center is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (per-diem)

-Must be currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Florida

-Minimum of 3 years experience as a RN in a Clinic/Outpatient setting

-Prior surgery and medical office experience required

-Knowledge of name, use and location of medications, supplies and equipment used in operating room, recovery room the instrument processing area and storage.

-Ensure regular operating room and recovery room equipment maintenance and servicing, according to established policies.

-Ability to start IV's required

-IR Cath Lab PLUS!!!

-Vascular experience A PLUS!!!

-Understand the duties of the surgeon, the anesthesia provider and the support of staff within the organization.

-Understand all duties and functions of the pre, intra and post-operative nurse, recovery room nurse, circulating nurse and scrub nurse technician.

-Knowledge of EClinical Works a PLUS!!!

-Must possess excellent patient care skills

-Must be bi-lingual - English/Spanish - A PLUS!!!

-Must be organized

-Must be timely, dependable and reliable

-Knowledge of all forms and documents used in the operating room, recovery room and patients charts

-Great team-player and positive attitude

Pay: $40.00 - $41.00 per hour
