To troubleshoot, maintain and repair a variety of technology related equipment and systems.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
1. High school/technical school graduate.
2. Possess strong people skills and skills in areas of responsibility.
3. Ability to work independently without supervision and to work as a member of a team when appropriate.
4. Valid Virginia driver’s license.
5. Possess an A Certification and/or N Certification is preferred.
6. Familiar with current version of Microsoft Windows and Google Apps for Education (GAFE).

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Repairs hardware devices.
2. Solves hardware, software, and/or network problems as requested.
3. Maintains parts and supplies in cooperation with other personnel.
4. Configures, maintains, and troubleshoots peripheral devices.
5. Configures, maintains, and troubleshoots network problems.
6. Installs hardware and software.
7. Provides technical support for staff and students.
8. Performs other duties as assigned by the Technology Coordinator and the Director of Technology.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
1. Experience working with Active Directory.
2. Experience working in a network environment.
3. Experience with Google Apps for Education

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $52,499.00 - $65,000.00 per year
