Quality Technician
Cross Check Quality is looking for an independent, optimistic, problem solver in the Louisville area! This Quality Technician position has great potential to become a beneficial step in your career. Cross Check is looking for someone who will provide exceptional customer service, is good with numbers, organized and prides themselves on their integrity and ability to get the job done!
The customer you will be servicing creates product labels and the Quality Technician will be responsible for certifying the product by ensuring it meets all customer requirements and specifications. They will be responsible for the following:
The Quality Technician will ensure this by visual inspection and performing various tests as assigned by the quality lab or quality manager.
They will also be responsible for ensuring correct quantities of product by splicing roles, ensuring the appropriate roll tension, and preparing rolls for shipping.
The Quality Technician will be responsible for accurately record all quality checks performed on that day along with all the tracking information from the product. The Quality Technician will record these checks, along with all defects found, then summarize findings in excel at the end of each shift. Other data entry skills may be required as well.
