Duties:

- Must have vehicle and insurance to transport patient to appts, store, errands.

- Provide direct care and support to residents in a compassionate and respectful manner

- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including daily outings, housekeeping, laundry and shopping.
- Collaborate with social workers, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Ensure the safety and well-being of residents by monitoring their physical and emotional needs

Skills:

-Strong understanding of resident rights and the importance of maintaining their dignity and privacy
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with residents, families, and healthcare team members
- Basic first aid knowledge to respond to medical emergencies or provide immediate care until a nurse arrives
- Ability to manage challenging behaviors in a calm and professional manner

Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
