Culligan Southwest Inc. is Hiring an Industrial Sales Representative Near Midland, TX

 

SUMMARY: The Industrial Sales Representative is responsible for establishing, developing, and maintaining positive business and customer relationships while meeting monthly sales goals. They will train to understand the full use and benefits of Culligan products and services. An Industrial Sales Representative must have a proficient understanding of residential, commercial, and industrial Culligan products and will be responsible for assisting focused leads for potential industrial customers. 

  • Full-time: Expected to work an average of 40 hours per week
  • Occasional event opportunities and trainings
  • Exempt: Salary- not overtime eligible
  • Remote: 50%
  • Company property: Ipad, phone, company provided vehicle OR mileage reimbursement

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Promote a long-term relationship-building approach to Sales to improve customer satisfaction and retention with all customers
  • Develop and improve standard/best practices in the sales toolbox: presentation formatting, financial documentation, lead generation methods, cost modelling
  • Correspond with all leads and appointments as scheduled
  • Attend scheduled appointments as assigned with professionalism and integrity
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in relevant database
  • Learn, maintain and apply overall knowledge and technical information as it relates to the sales of all Culligan products
  • Budgeting for labor and materials 
  • Work with Applications Engineering Team to coordinate the requested order design
  • Applications Engineering Team onsite for commissioning and installation.
  • Liaison between the client and Culligan International 
  • Develop a manageable project timeline and ensure the details are communicated to the appropriate parties for execution and expectation
  • Understand customers’ needs and present viable solutions. Accurately represent capabilities, terms procedures without distorting dealership policy
  • Develop MSA’s for customers prior to contract execution
  • Review all compliance agreements prior to potential sale to ensure Culligan can comply with the agreement including safety protocols and/or programs and/or state or Federal regulations
  • Make an effective sales presentation so that the customer is adequately educated about the products, services, and the timeline available
  • Clearly and completely document installation arrangements, pumps and other related equipment, check electrical/drain
  • Take ownership of a new customer’s account, and follow up with every new customer to ensure complete satisfaction and secure referrals
  • Maintain security of all customer information
  • Participate in all promotional activities (trade shows, exhibits, etc.) as required
  • Obtain minimum sales standards (see attached breakdown)
  • Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
