Ray County Memorial Hospital is Hiring an Accounting Clerk Near Richmond, MO
FISCAL SERVICES
Full-time, 8am- 4pm Monday- Friday
Reports to the Controller, performs a variety of accounting and administrative
duties relating to all areas of the facility’s financial activity and performance
reporting.
- Prepare and process (after approval by Controller) all monthly Journal entries.
- Process Accounts Payable through to appropriate payment.
- Reconcile Bank Statements and assist with online banking activity.
- Prepare and process monthly financial statements and associated statistical and financial
Trustees and other leadership.
- Process and reconcile Corporate Credit Card activity to statements- initiating payment
- Assist with preparation, review and correction of Department Policies and Procedures.
- Maintain required accounting and other records in agreed format and location.
- Backup Payroll resource.
- Perform other accounting and financial duties as directed.
- Attend and keep minutes at all Board of Trustee meetings.
- Perform Secretarial and Administrative Assistant duties for CEO/Administrator and
- Minimum of High School Diploma
- Familiarity with basic accounting and finance principles and processes.
- At least basic Excel and Word proficiency.
