Job Description:

• Collect and document requirements for absence and time tracking processes.
• Present and finalize job architecture redesign impact analysis.
• Configure the approved job architecture and impact analysis in Workday.
• Build and load data for tenant builds.
• Configure absence and time tracking solutions in Workday.
• Provide testing support and knowledge transfer to the client.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in Workday Absence and Time Tracking modules.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Experience with data loading and tenant builds in Workday.
• Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
• Knowledge of best practices in absence and time tracking processes.
• Experience with agile implementation methods
