We are seeking a SYSTEMS ADMINISTRATOR to join our team!

You will handle a variety of projects to support and improve the organization's systems. You will assist with network administration, troubleshooting technical issues, addressing help desk tickets, and working on various projects that require an understanding of Microsoft Server 2016, Windows 10, and Active Directory.

Experience supporting End Users (Help Desk / Desktop Support / Service Desk / IT Tech Support) is a MUST.

You will be supporting users and systems at multiple offices in MS, LA, and TN. This will require travel and some overnight stays. Reliable transportation is a must.

Responsibilities:

• New PC, Laptop, Tablet, Phone configuration
• Scanner, printer, print server administration
• PC, Laptop basic repairs
• Basic troubleshooting of ALL IT related issues
• Network, Server, Router monitoring
• Active Directory management, new user setup, user deletion
• E-mail administration (MS Exchange, Outlook, Office 365)
• Website management
• Produce documentation on all processes practiced or developed
• VM resource monitoring
• Network security monitoring, antivirus, malware issues
• Monitor data backup functions and verify data integrity
• Database management (backup, restore, compact functions)
• OnBase folder structure management
• Command Batch configuration (Basic)
• Command QC basic knowledge for troubleshooting
• Crystal Reports design and report administration
• New data, phone service or upgrades, research, ordering, and installation
• Assist the IT Director with new technology projects as assigned

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in IT support and administration
• CompTIA A , Network , CCNA, MCSA/MCSE Certifications a plus
• Knowledge of OnBase and Sage a plus
• Extensive knowledge of computer operating systems, hardware, and software (demonstrated by at least 3 years of practical experience
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize work effectively
• Knowledge of information security best practices
• Must have strong organizational and analytical skills
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively interact with staff
• Reliable transportation
