Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to join our successful dealership. You will present financing options and protection plans to our Powersports and Agriculture Markets. 
In this role, you will build relationships, follow proven sales strategies, and uphold the dealership’s high ethical standards.

Responsibilities
• Create and track key benchmarks for the dealership, including vehicle sales, service contracts, and customer satisfaction
• Create financing plans and payment options for customers

• Promote and sell Major Unit Protection Plans.

• Maintain a high level of customer service and ethical standards
• Coordinate with lending institutions
• Prepare loan documentation and finalize financial transactions
• Provide support to the sales manager and salespeople
• Maintain inventory of finance department supplies
Qualifications
• High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree in finance or related discipline strongly preferred
• Understanding of sales and sales processes. 
• At least two years of dealership finance and insurance (F&I) manager or sales experience is required
• Valid state-issued driver's license and satisfactory driving record are mandatory
• Must have strong communication skills, a commitment to customer satisfaction, and the innate ability to build rapport with customers
• Basic Google Office knowledge and computer software proficiency required
**Pitbull Powersports is open Tuesday-Friday 9-6 and Saturdays 9-4. PTO is available but it is an expectation to work during business hours unless other wise planned ahead.**
